The official WhatsApp Business Platform, without the ban risk.
A WhatsApp number is hard to replace and easy to lose. Dejor by DeepSoll sends through Meta's official Cloud API, from the WhatsApp Business account your business owns, so your store messaging rests on the channel Meta actually supports.
What the official platform actually is
The WhatsApp Business Platform is Meta's own API for businesses. Messages leave through Meta's servers, against a WhatsApp Business account registered to your business, using templates Meta reviewed in advance. It is not the WhatsApp Business app running on a phone, and it is not a browser session someone drives on your behalf. Meta can see every send, which is the point: a channel it can see is a channel it can trust.
What an unofficial gateway does to your number
Unofficial tools work by automating WhatsApp Web or a logged-in handset. Meta's terms do not allow it, the traffic is detectable, and the account carrying the risk is yours rather than the vendor's. Some resell a number you never control, so a suspension anywhere else on that number takes your store's messaging with it. The cheaper setup usually costs more the first time it fails.
What a Tech Provider verification means, and what it does not
Meta verified DeepSoll's business before granting API access. That is a check on us, not a promise about you. Meta still restricts accounts that message people who did not opt in, that submit templates it rejects, or that collect enough blocks and reports to sink their quality rating. What the official platform adds is visibility: you can see the rating and the template status while there is still time to act on them.
Who owns the number
The WhatsApp Business account is registered to your business, and the number stays yours. Dejor connects to it. If you stop using Dejor, you disconnect the app and keep the account, the number and the sending history Meta holds against it. Ask this question of every vendor you consider, because the answer is not the same everywhere.
Make it work for your store.
- Set aside a phone number that is not already active on the WhatsApp Business app.
- Install Dejor and start the WhatsApp connection from inside the app.
- Complete Meta's business verification and register the number to your WhatsApp Business account.
- Submit your order templates for Meta's review, then send yourself a test order update.
- Watch the quality rating for your first sends and fix whatever drags it down.
Your questions, answered.
Is the WhatsApp Business API different from the WhatsApp Business app?
Yes. The app runs on a phone and is built for replying by hand. The API is Meta's platform for sending from a system, with reviewed templates and a quality rating attached to the account. Dejor uses the API.
What actually gets a business number banned?
Messaging people who did not opt in is the common cause, followed by templates that mislead and a quality rating left to fall. Automating WhatsApp Web breaks Meta's terms on its own. Sending on the official platform removes that last risk and gives you sight of the other three.
Does using a verified Tech Provider guarantee my account is safe?
No, and treat anyone who says otherwise with caution. The verification covers the provider's access to Meta's API. Meta still enforces its rules against your account, based on how you message your own customers.
Can I move an existing WhatsApp number onto the API?
Usually yes, but the number cannot stay active on the WhatsApp Business app at the same time. Plan the switch for a quiet period and make sure your team knows where replies will arrive afterwards.
