2. Description of Service
DeepSoll builds software for commerce and customer communication. This includes Dejor, the DeepSoll app for Shopify listed as Dejor: AI Chatbot & WhatsApp, which provides an AI shopping assistant, customer support with handoff to your team, product reviews, and order communication over the official WhatsApp Business Platform. It also includes the DeepSoll account portal, used to connect WhatsApp Business accounts and to manage conversations, contacts, message templates, broadcasts, and workflows. DeepSoll additionally provides custom software development, AI, automation, and systems integration services. Which features are available to you, and the usage allowances that apply, depend on the plan you select.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy, including obtaining proper opt-in consent before sending marketing messages.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of DeepSoll services are owned by DeepSoll and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
DeepSoll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
