These Terms describe the basic conditions for using Deep Shopping Agent, including merchant responsibilities, billing expectations, acceptable use, and support boundaries for the Shopify app and related public website.

1. Use of the Service

Deep Shopping Agent is provided to help merchants add an AI-powered storefront assistant and related merchant controls inside Shopify. By installing or using the app, merchants agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with Shopify’s platform rules.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Keep store policies, product information, and operational settings accurate.
  • Review the assistant configuration and outputs before relying on them for business decisions.
  • Maintain any storefront notices, consent controls, and legal disclosures required for the merchant’s market.
  • Use the app only on stores the merchant is authorized to manage.

3. Billing and Plans

Paid plans, when enabled, are billed through Shopify’s billing systems. Merchants are responsible for reviewing plan details, approving applicable charges, and managing their subscription through the app and Shopify admin.

Feature limits and plan availability may vary by selected subscription tier.

4. Acceptable Use

Merchants may not use Deep Shopping Agent to:

  • Violate Shopify policies, applicable law, or third-party rights.
  • Mislead shoppers, hide charges, or misrepresent products, policies, or availability.
  • Upload or process unlawful, abusive, or harmful content through the service.
  • Attempt to interfere with app security, reliability, or normal operation.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or modify the app and website over time, including changes to features, plans, integrations, and legal materials. We may also suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or platform compliance.

6. Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may depend on merchant configuration, store data, and third-party services. Merchants are responsible for reviewing results and determining whether outputs are appropriate for their storefront, policies, and business operations.
