Tidio prices its Customer Service, Flows and Lyro AI plans separately, at $29, $29 and $39 a month. Stores that need two or three of them find the total climbing. Chatty's Basic plan is $19.99 a month for 100 AI conversations; Dejor's Starter is $19 for 1,000 AI messages and includes WhatsApp notifications and reviews.
Tidio has no product reviews, and its WhatsApp support is an inbox channel rather than order automation driven by Shopify events. If you were adding a review app and a WhatsApp app around it, consolidating into Dejor removes two subscriptions. If you were adding agents and ticket workflows instead, Gorgias is the honest answer.
Export your conversation history and check what you lose. Tidio's multi-channel inbox is mature, and a store with a genuine support queue across email, Instagram and WhatsApp may find a lighter tool a downgrade. Migration cost is real; count it before switching.
